We start with a Blazon. A blazon is a verbal description, usually in Latin, that we convert to a picture (Family Crest). Once we are done with the digital artwork, we use a dye sublimation process to transfer the printed image onto a high quality polyester flag with two metal grommets. We also apply them to a couple of different kinds of banners and various flag sizes. Your flag is then dried/cured for up to 24 hours before packaging, to ensure that the images doesn't blur. We think you will find that we have the highest quality crest flags anywhere in the world.
