If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PRINTED PAPER product, simply mail it back to us within 15 days for a full refund minus shipping and a 20% restocking/supplies fee. This refund policy does not apply to Emailed products, Non-Paper Products, Framed Products or if the customer fails to fill in ALL blocks on the order form. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. You also have 14 days from the date you received the product, to return the product in the original packaging.
