YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WHEN YOU EMAIL US, OR WE WON'T BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR EMAIL
Email Graphics take 1-6 days to be emailed to you. Sometimes, we do have problems with the customer receiving the attachment. We especially have problems with the following email clients: FREE EMAIL ACCOUNTS, HOTMAIL, MSN, NETZERO, JUNO, YAHOO, EARTHLINK and a few others. If you didn't receive your Email Attachment, it doesn't mean we haven't sent it. Often times we send them, and the customer never gets them. Don't panic, just email us at the email address below, and we will send it again, or find another method of delivery.
Please also remember that unless you describe a coat of arms on your order form, we will choose one for you. There are usually MANY coats of arms from different branches of the family and time periods. Many people think there is only ONE coat of arms for a certain surname. This is usually NOT TRUE. If you decide after you receive your order that you got the wrong one, you will have to place another order for the one you wanted. Be sure to describe on the order form the exact coat of arms you want.
Everyones monitors and printers show colors differently. So, the colors you see on your coat of arms could be totally different than the colors we see. So, if you have any troubles with the colors, please email us, and we can adjust the colors for you.
